1. Who we are

By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours and details may look slightly different on your screen. Measurements are approximate and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. Import duties and VAT are not included and are not collected at checkout — see our Shipping policy.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

5. Order acceptance

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

6. Delivery

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping rates and the free-shipping threshold are shown in our Shipping policy and at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The full procedure, together with our additional 30-day satisfaction guarantee, is set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Product use

Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Always supervise your pet when using toys, harnesses, collars and grooming tools, and consult a vet about your pet's health.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to FurBuddy or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
