How can I track my order?+
Once your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–4 days to start updating after dispatch.
What is the return window?+
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK, plus our own 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unused items in their original packaging.
How do I choose the right size?+
Every product page lists its measurements. If your pet falls between two sizes, go up — and if you are unsure, send us their measurements and we will help.
Can I change an order after placing it?+
If it has not been dispatched yet, yes. Message us with your order number as soon as you can and we will do our best to catch it.
