Everything below matches what you see at checkout. If the two ever disagree, checkout is correct — please tell us so we can fix this page.

Where we ship

The United Kingdom and Europe, the United States, Canada, and a number of other countries including Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Canada — $5.95
Rest of the world — $9.95

Free shipping on every order over $50, in every country we ship to. It is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday start processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — customs, weather and carrier delays can extend it.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking often takes 2–4 days to start updating, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Customs, import duties and VAT

Our parcels are shipped internationally. Import duties and VAT are not included in the price and are not collected at checkout. Depending on the country you live in, the carrier may ask you to pay them before delivery, sometimes with a small handling fee.

If that happens and you would rather not accept the parcel, tell us and we will refund you in full once it comes back to us.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it once the return reaches us; resend shipping may apply.
